As a plant-derived food-compatible colorant, it achieves stable coloration ranging from vibrant red to deep crimson. It is highly water-soluble and suitable for a wide range of food applications, including acidic beverages, confections, and dairy products. We own a self-cultivation base equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, where we strictly adhere to pesticide-free practices, contamination management, and variety selection. This enables us to stably supply high-quality red radish from the raw material stage. Our manufacturing complies with international standards and has obtained various certifications, including ISO9001, FSSC22000, FDA registered factory, organic certification, HALAL, and Kosher.
